linuxDSP OverTone CH-EQ2B VST v1.0.2



The CH-EQ2B is a channel / mastering EQ inspired by some of the classic analogue designs. It uses a de-cramped filter response for a more analogue character. In a traditional digital filter the frequency response can become distorted as the frequency approaches the limit set by the sample rate. A conventional EQ may resort to upsampling to correct this, which can be CPU intensive and add extra latency. The innovative DSP technology used in the CH-EQ2B provides all the benefits of an upsampled EQ without adding latency or using CPU intensive processing.
Requirements: A PC running the linux operating system, an LV2 or linux-VST compatible host application or the JACK audio server.

Note: For the Ardour DAW this will need to be Ardour 2.8.8 or later.
Installation:
unrar and install.
