WindowTop is a utility for keeping windows on top of all others. The program is shareware, but the Free version has limitations. You'll have to reset the window positions each time you use it, as saving settings is only available in the Pro edition.

You can download WindowTop Pro for free from us; the archive includes a crack for activating the full version.

It's generally simple to use; after launch, it stays in the system tray and stays out of the way. Hover your cursor over the top of any window, a small arrow appears. Click it, and a toolbar appears. This toolbar appears on any window, regardless of how it's displayed, and you can drag it anywhere you like. From this toolbar, you can adjust the opacity, enable dark mode, resize a window, or pin it on top of others.
