Copy Shaders_Win32.precomp
For Mac:
Rightclick on Sims file and choose Show Package Contents. Replace the file in /Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The SIms 3/Game/Bin/
For PC:
Replace the file in C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\
