This is an ISO Tools decrypted ISO that is set up to work with 3K3y on an OFW PS3 (NO KEYS) but also works with a CFW PS3 with 3k3y (encryted ISO). It contains all original files. It also works on CFW without 3k3y. For CFW 3.55 or 4.21, just extract files, get fix and load with BD mirror enabled. You should be able to get it working with Cobra and E3 as well with some tweaking.
