番組内容
31年前の1月17日に発生した、阪神・淡路大震災。死者6434人とされていますが、そこには含まれない「遠因死」と呼ばれる人たちがいます。震災に人生を翻弄された知られざる犠牲者と遺族の悲しみを取材しました。
