**舞台は北海道。川底には外来の高級ロブスター（？）が潜み、原っぱでは外来のカエルが繁栄する。ハントするのは野生の食材を美食に変える“野食ハンター”こと茸本朗だ。外来種は自然界にとって怪獣のごとき存在だが、彼らを本来の生息地から移動させ、悲しき破壊者に変えてしまったのは、われわれ人間である。その罪に向き合うため、外来種をただ捕獲するのではなく、罪のグルメにしていただく。
